Mack & Cheese will be participating in the Yamhill Valley Vineyard Founders Club Wine Party. Sharing a pairing of cheeses with their new releases. Private Event only.
Butter Bracket Final Four
It is our March Madness! Butter vs. Butter! We will tasting 4 butters to see who makes the top of the bracket! The winning butter will be selected on April 4th and our winner will be drawn and announced on Monday, April 5th.

We are pleased to be the event partner for R Stuart & Co’s “Happiest Hour”, a special event for their club members. We will share some cheese pairings & education as well as an interactive cheese activity for all to enjoy.
Be sure to visit R Stuart during the month of February for the Meltdown! They will be serving a special melty delight that will warm your “hearts”! Proceeds benefit YCAP.
Mack Kids Cook!
Turn a no school day into a fun, lunchtime gathering! Kids ages 8-10 led by Chef Raul will taste common ingredients to a cheese & charcuterie board before building their own to enjoy for lunch!

Galentines Day at Ricochet Winery
Friendship, flowers & fromage!
On Friday, February 13th, MACK & CHEESE will celebrate Galentine's Day at Ricochet Winery.
Cheese lovers will create their own buchette de chèvre aux fleurs, hand formed goat cheese logs finished in dried florals, herbs, spices, and citrus zest.
Take your delicious buchette home and make a second one to give one to a friend. Think of it as a super cheesy valentine!

Cheese is our Love Language! Our inspiration this month is: foods that show your family and friends how much you love and appreciate them.
We are using “Cheese Magic” by Erika Kubick as our guide for this night. This is not only a beautiful book visually, but the recipes, food guidance, and knowledge transfer makes this a book you will eat through many times over.
